Hello - I used to work at Redlands Community Hospital (RCH) in 2004 on the med/surg/peds unit. I was wondering if anyone who has worked or currently works there can tell me how many patients and RN has with the team nursing plan they utilize? I wan a CNA when i woked there, and i remember that a team was me (CNA), and LVN, and a RN with 10 patients by ourselves?

Has this changed?

I work with a girl who just quit there back in March. The reason she quit was because they still had this plan and it often seemed overloaded on her. So yeah their "team nursing" is still in effect.
