I was wondering if anyone applied there. I also applied to:

CSUEB

Los Angeles Pierce

Los Angeles Valley (once their apps open on April 11th maybe)

LA county Allied health

COC (I really doubt I get in because I did 2 attempts on the teas)

Glendale Community college

STATS:

OVERALL SCIENCE GPA (3.33)

OVERALL GPA (3.56)

TEAS VI: 72.7%

I know it's early, but I want an early start. I just need to get into a nursing program before my pre-req expire :/ My best bet so far for me is Allied health, GCC, Pasadena, and maybe Pierce

I recently applied to PCC LVN to RN bridge the cut off date for this application was Feb 1st. The start date is this Summer 2017 if I get accepted believe I should hear something mid April.

I'm also accepted to APU ELM program for Fall 2017, however if I get in at PCC this is my first choice since it's more affordable.

I should either have 73/78 points depending on my cumulative GPA. Do you know if they send out confirmation emails for the applications?

Hi. I missed PCC's deadline for the fall. I applied to Pierce, LA county, Glendale and I'll also be applying to valley when their application period starts April 10th. This is my third semester trying to get into any program and I'm beyond frustrated!!!!

My overall GPA is 3.86 and my teas was a 74( which I think is low but I've only taken it once). I hope to start this fall somewhere.

Maybe consider trying to take the TEAS again?

Gah, 3rd semester trying to get into any program? That really scares me myself because I didn't make myself a back up plan if I don't get into any program. :/

From what I have seen in past posts, I think most of their average scores were 76ish according to their point system. Every year they have a cut off on the scores for which applicants they'll pick. I think your score might be good enough. I have seen past posts of some people with a score of 70 get selected but declined the offer.

Have you guys heard anything from LA County? What are your thoughts? I have a 4.0 Science GPA and 77 on the Teas...still nervous though.....

What programs did you not get into before? I've heard of this situation many times...in the programs that have lotteries, I've seen kids get into programs with lower scores than that. sometimes it's just luck....Sometimes a 2.5 and you're all good... might not seem fair but i guess they want to make sure everyone has a shot at getting a nursing degree.
