I have a question, I submitted my application to the board on 2/26, registered with Pearson on 3/10, I registered with Pearson Vue before receiving the eligible letter from the board. I'm scare because I just read the email as I attached below:

Registration Time Limit

Your NCLEX examination registration will remain open for a 365-day time period during which a board of nursing may determine your eligibility. The time period begins when the board of nursing receives your registration from the test service. Once you are made eligible, you will receive your Authorization to Test (ATT). The 365-day time period will end at this point and you must take your examination within the validity dates designated on your ATT.

If the board of nursing is unable to make you eligible within the 365-day time period, you must wait until your current registration expires before reregistering. A candidate may not have two NCLEX examination registrations (of the same type) open at the same time. If you reregister before your current registration expires, your second registration will be processed and denied, and the fee collected will not be refunded.

PLEASE ANSWER ME, what if the board need some more informations from me, that mean I have to wait another year to reregister for the NCLEX? I feel I want to kill myself because of this.

No you need to meet all board requirements within 365 days of registering with Pearson Vue. Once authorized you have 45-90 days to schedule & take the exam.

If you do not meet the criteria from the board of nursing or the BoN does not issue authorization within 365 days you forfeit the registration fee & start again. You cannot re register until day 366

So if is May 15 and you know the BoN won't issue your ATT until June 1 and your day 365 is May 31. You cannot re register with Pearson to restart the clock until day 366 which would be June 1.
