kaiser?

Hi, I have recently moved to petaluma in sonoma county. I have heard the kaiser is a good place for rn's to work but that there is a waiting list to get on with them. does anyone have any experience/info about this?

I've never found a nursing job where I didn't work my butt off (& believe me, I've tried).

Heard that you work your butt off in kaiser hospitals.

That could be true to some extent. This is only anecdotal but ... two people who worked at a SoCal facility told me they had to do blood draws and didn't always have CNA's. If that's true it could be more work. However, Kaiser is also known for staying below the 5-1 ratio with four patients so, maybe that makes up for it.
