I just received an alternate list letter. I was wondering if anyone else got one or was accepted, and if so, when did you receive your acceptance letter? Also, how many are one the alternate list? I am happy to be on any list at this point!:confused:

GWC pharm now has class participation component so there is in a sense an attendance requirement. 5 points per class for this "clicker" device that you answer questions with through a wireless device in the forum.

That's too bad, in a lot of ways....when I took the class, it was only offered Wednesdays from like 7:00-10:30. It was nice to have the option of attending or catching the lecture online, because personally, there were certain days where I really would learn and retain a lot more by watching/listening to the lecture at a different time when I wasn't so tired from work. Either way, its still nice having everything posted when the time comes to study for the cumulative final.

If you don't want the points, you don't have to show up ;) It's only a one hour class on Wednesdays now with almost 99% of the lecture and chatter online. I prefer a more interactive classroom so it wasn't the greatest for me.

True about the clicker thing but you are better off than I was. Half of course hours are online lectures. I had to sit through the entire thing on campus!
