From MI moving to Fresno CA.....

I'm from Michigan and will be moving to Fresno CA, once I finish with my ADN program in April 2010. I was wondering is it easier to pass the NCLEX in MI and transfer my license over to CA? What is the easiest way to go about this.... and does anyone know if there are a lot of jobs in the Fresno area. Here is MI most of the hospitals are on a hiring freeze!

Fresno has a job market a lot like Detroit. It has the highest rate of unemployment in the state along with blistering heat, crushing humidity and respiratory problems like Valley fever. I cant imagine a worse place to live!
