according to the info session i attended last month yes, there is a waiting list but not as long as santa monica or glendale. some of the prereqs can be completed during the first semester of nursing as well. go to the nursing dept and pick up an info sheet to attend their info session. this will answer all your questions.

yes i go to el camino college, actually i will be graduating from there in december. when i applied there wasn't a waiting list, but i have heard from potential applicants that there is a 1 year waiting list.

this does not depend on grades, it all depends on how many pre-requisites you have completed

I actually stopped by the campus about a wk ago & picked up the info packet.Being the "detective" that I am(at heart), I decided the go snooping around the nursing dept. to find someone to answer my ?'s. I actually came to the door of the director of the program,whom, by the way was EXTREMELY friendly.She told me that since there are so many applicants, my best option for acceptance would be Fall '05.
