California License Verification for Endorsement

Hi! Does anyone know how long does it take for a RN licensure verification in Cali? I am RN in California and have a pending endorsement in North Carolina. The problem is I already mailed the verification form in CABON last July 29 and everytime I call the CaBON they always answer like the form and payment are not in my file yet because the JULY 29 payments has not been encash or process yet. I am just worried that my money order and request for licensure verification are lost or has not reach their office for they are not giving me confirmation if they receive it. I track my mail and it showed that it was delivered last July 31,2009. Please help thank you so much. I am really thinking alot for I need to have my North Carolina RN license the soonest possible time so I can work and earn.

They are probably slow right now. Remember the BRN in California is closed some Fridays of the month. So it's probably there, just they haven't gotten to it yet.
