Anyone with Versant Residency Experience?

Hi all... I managed to find this forum while trying to find general information about new grads in ICU's and ER's.

I'm currently a new grad and have been thinking about accepting a position in the ICU at White Memorial in LA. I was wondering if anyone here has actually gone through the Versant Residency and what their opinions of it were. I'm also interested to hear what anyone who happens to teach or precept also think about the program.

I've also got an offer at Hollywood Presbyterian for their ER and they offer the same Versant Residency.

If anyone can chime in on their experience with Versant or if you can offer any kind of personal experience/knowledge with either hospital I'd greatly appreciate it!

I'm also a new grad, and I was thinking in the Versant program in Torrance Memorial, but I'm not quite sure if it would help in the transition from student to professional nurse... I hear from some friends that this program help you a lot in gained confidence since it last 5 months...but others told me that because it is a new program in the hospitals, sometimes they are not very well organized...so I don't know yet where I'm gonna work.
