Anyone know if Kindred hires RN new grads?

Hey everyone. I read that most Kindred hospitals need at least a year experience in order to work there. I was wondering if there's any Kindred hospitals in Cali that hires new grads? Anyone know what's the starting salary like for new grads? pros and cons working there? Thanks in advance.

I am not 100% sure if they do but any job that states "experience preferred"...I would apply to. You never know what the applicant pool will look like. A new job in Perris just opened up at Kindred for part time nights that states experience preferred and their requirements are not so extensive.

Thanks JSRN17. Yea I really hope that we can find something. I am taking whatever I can get right now. I'll look into postings w/ the "preferred" statement then. :)
