Any RNs working @ Sutter Delta, Antioch?

U.S.A. California

Hello people,

Having a bit of a dilemma. Will be graduating from NS soon and I got a job offer at Sutter Delta Medical Center, Antioch and I'm curious to know what the working conditons are like especially on MedSurg 1. I know that there is a new manager on that floor and I have a good vibe about her. I just want to hear form a nurse what it's like to work there. Do they have the resources to assist RNs in their new role? I also got a job offer somewhere else, but I'm holding off on making a decision till I get some kind of scoop on Sutter. Please, any response will be highly appreciated!

my gf mom works there...actually for over 15 years and loves it....she works nights in new maturnity ward...she gets to take those update classes in sacramento for free and its paid time. Also, my bro gf works at mt. diab in concord and likes it too and gets GRET hours and awsome over time!

I just started working there on my first travel assignment in L&D. It is totally awesome. I don't know if med/surg is the same but I bet they are. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The doctors are even nice. I told them that I lucked out. I've worked at a 4 hospitals in the past 9 years and I can tell you that this hospital is in the top 2.
