    PlebtoRN I feel your pain. I have been working for a hospital for 5 years as a CNA and Sterile Processing Tech. I made a mistake staying in the surgery dept because they won't hire me there and HR has a policy that new grads can only be hired into the dept they have worked in for at least 3 years since we don't have a new grad program.

    Hi guys!

    I received a phone call for an interview at Mayo for the Feb start date. Anyone who been through the interview process would like to share any pointers, advice, type of questions or what I need to review???
