I had almost a year of tele experience...lots of med passing and little chance to put things together to get a big picture. I went in enthusiastic and made it a point to bring in baked goodies. My preceptor was nice to me, so were a husband/wife travel team. It's just a shame nurses are allowed to bully other nurses. Happens all too often. heartbeat:heartbeatWere you a new grad starting on the ICU at Banner?. . .because sometimes I think how you are treated depends on if you are a new grad or have some experience under your beltheartbeat:heartbeat

Not necessarily true. Nurses with years of experience come in and are treated lousy along with the new grads, so I dont think anything about new grad vs. experience has any grounds for how you are treated.
