ASU Fall 2011 hopeful's

I just took my TEAS test and turned in my application today

Im applying with a 3.90 Select GPA, and a 90.7% on the TEAS,

If I calculated that right I will have a score of 5.714, I am feeling slightly confident, but the competition will be stiff this cycle with only 60 spots open. I don't want to get excited yet to find out, that mysteriously that everyone else is applying with a 4.0's and better TEAS scores

Here's some information on past cutoff scores:

Summer2011 - 5.545

Spring2011 - 5.597

Fall2010 - 5.569

Summer2010 - 5.491

I hope that I make it, I'm a little bummed out that I didn't get to apply with the 4.0, but the 3.9 is without dropping any classes.

So, what kinds of scores is everyone else applying with, so we can all get an idea of where we are. Good luck everyone

When I called I was told about 100, but wasn't given an exact number

Hey Guys! :)

It's nice to know that I'm not the only one freaking out over this whole application/acceptance process....it's sooooo stressful!! Have you guys received your advancement scores yet? I'm trying to figure out where I stand in relation to everyone else...I have a 4.0 GPA and I received an 86.7% on the TEAS. Overall, I have an advancement score of 1.867. Is that good? Bad? I can't tell!!

I think its perfectly normal for anyone to worry about getting into this nursing program lol.....anyways my score is a 1.88374. legyluvr, id say your score is definitely up there and you have a really good chance of making it =]

yeah with the new point system i now have a 1.81556... pretty ****** haha

Does anyone know when the acceptance letters or emails are going out? Not knowing makes this whole process even more stressful!! My advancement score is 1.847. Just crossing my fingers that it's good enough!

last i heard when i called them, they said they were planning on having letters go out like june 15th, but that was when i called them 2 weeks ago

omgsh! That is so soon!! Thanks for raising my anxiety level for the upcoming week X 1000! lol j/k but I really hope they get sent out soon. This waiting game is getting old

LOl i called today too. Maybe they just say that because they get so many calls from nagging pre nursing students wanting to know haha. Torture us with telling us we have two more weeks to wait.
