Sign on bonuses/Relocation expenses?

Do hospitals in Alaska offer sign pn bonuses or relocation expenses? I have husband and 3 kids so we would need to transport our household things. Just trying to figure that expense into the thought process! It would be great if anyone could share costs of moving their house stuff. Currently located in Pa. Probably looking to be in possibly Anchorage area. I am an ADA nurse currently working telemetry i graduated in May and went work in August, so I have relatively little experince. By the time we were ready to move would have a years experience. Is being an ADA a disadvantage in Alaska? In my area of PA most nurses are ADA as opposed to BA's so it's not an issue.
