New to Houston, looking for good Agency

by Chellzy

I am a NICU nurse with 4 years of experience with the last 2 years spent as a travel nurse. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on Agencies here in the Houston area. I recently moved to Houston in order take a permanent position and I wanted to supplement my income working prn as an agency nurse. I was looking into pulse staffing does anyone know anything about the company? Any information about whether NICU agency nurses would have to float to units other than possibly Newborn Nursery? I do not have experience in any area other than NICU and it would be hard for me to have to float to an adult med/surg floor. I have in the past floated to Pediatrics as a traveler but the Hospital was very good about given me infants.

Thanks for any information!

Did you ever find an answer...saw this was posted in Sept. If you still don't have an answer, email me. I work through 3 different agencies here in Houston.
