i work at an azhha hospital and i have noticed no change. we are still using the same agencies.

i am regular staff, but signed with a start up agency in town. i have been offered no shifts anywhere, at any rate.

it seems the "good old boy" network still exists. no pay raises for agency nurses that i have seen or heard about. :trout:
