I140 approval...

For all of you waiting for I140 processing- after one year, one month and eight days I finally have approval from the TEXAS service center. Yes it does happen eventually! Good luck to those of you still waiting!

I have gone through an agency who are very good but I have also kept on top of things myself. I emailed the embassy on Sunday, to date haven't had a reply but I'm still hoping for an interview sometime in March :chuckle :chuckle

Hey patzy .

I also went through an agency .I must say i find them very slow .my flatmate went through o'grady, she took her exam in April 2004 and left in November 04. so i must be doing something wrong.

my case was sent Dec.8th .i have called them a few times, but basically its don't contact us we will contact you when we are ready i am getting sick and tired of waiting .Did you do all the work yourself or go through an agency?
