yes, i am aware of aphra. actually this is sort of my desperate planning. i wanted to apply to aphra but i just couldn't get a 7 in writing module, after taking 3 ielts examination. my sister (rn too) told me to just take the ielts again. i am desperate because there is no nursing job for me here in the philippines, unless i get a job other than nursing (csr job is very popular here). thank you again for letting me know that it would be a waste of money and time.

Spend your money on a personal educator for IELTS or OET may be better option.

Hi I'm Bax,I am an International student (Bachelor's degree holder) and I am planning to study Diploma of Nursing in Australia under TAFE. Correct me If I'm wrong. As i understand it, Australia's TAFE Diploma of Nursing will give you the opportunity to work as an EEN, after graduation. And as an International student, I can apply to extend my stay in Aus (after graduation) for working purposes and will eventually allow me to apply for a resident visa later on? And I have another question If you don't mind: normally, how is the payment terms for the tuition fee? Do I need to pay for the full course upon enrollment? or Payment of tuition every semester is OK? Thank you.
Bax, did you push through on going to OZ?

I will also be taking up Diploma of Nursing for January 2013 intake at Boxhill Institute TAFE, Melbourne. I have 2 sisters and 2 brothers which are Australian citizens, they were petitioned by my late grandma 24 yrs ago. What are my chances of getting a PR or citizenship? Does having siblings there will be an advantage? How? Please help. Thanks

If you have brothers and sisters who are Australian citizens there is this visa that can be applied for Remaining Relative Visa (Offshore) (Subclass 115)
