Yuma Regional Medical Center new grad novice nurse program

I have applied to this program and have a phone interview Thursday. I'm super excited at the opportunity for this interview. Anybody else applied or been hired here as a new grad? Any advice? Anybody else also waiting on an interview here?

My interview was with the director of my unit and 5 other nurses over the phone.

Questions were not that difficult to answer.

For example

what's your weakness and strength?

If you were to leave your old job, what would be the reason?

why do you wanna work at YRMC?

Thank you so much! I just had the phone interview and was offer the position. I'm super excited. But now I"m worried about the background check. I have DUI from 10 years ago, and I'm afraid it is going to show up on the background check. Do you know how far their background check go back to?
