UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Hi everyone!! Applications are officially closed for Yuba Nursing program for Spring 2026. Who else applied?

We all have a really good shot at getting in. My biggest fear is that I applied incorrectly somehow, because the Yuba nursing application is very poorly set up compared to other programs.

I have that same fear, did you happen to run into a issue where it asked for a course petition form? It asked me but I didn't require a course petition form because I did all of my pre reqs at yuba.

yes I did have that page come up asking for the course petition form, but I didn't have any to submit either. I also went to the workshop and they told me it all looked good. I'm still nervous though, because last time my submission was thrown out because of error on my transcript.

What was the error? Now I'm scared they might throw mine out too. 😭😭

Yeah, it did ask me that too. There was just a bunch of stuff that felt confusing, like navigating through the website. There weren't options that said 'none of the above,' so you had to leave some things blank. You also couldn't review your application after you submitted it you would have to resubmit the application. I applied to a different program, and their application process was so much smoother and easier.

Sierra didn't have my degree posted on my transcript before I had it sent over to Yuba. And even though at the workshop they told me it all looked good, I still worry there will be something missing or wrong. 

Also, I find it odd that there are only four of us on the forum.

It let me review my application after I submitted but my issue was the course petition. It would not let me continue the application without uploading something. I met with my counselor because I was worried and he told me that it shouldnt have asked me that and he thinks its an error with the application, so im hoping all goes well. Best of luck to all of us! Im sure we well be okay!

I don't think many people know about this forum website. Honestly, I found it by accident, but it's kind of weird that there are only four of us chatting while there are 726 views. So, who knows?
