Yuba College Fall 2022 Hopefuls

Hi guys!

I'm applying to Yuba's program right now (Spring 2022), and I was wondering how the process is going for yall and what scores people r applying with?

I have 77 pts and a 90 on the TEAS 

for those that got in, have you heard any details about orientation?

It’s the same email, they stopped telling us what alternate number we were 2 semesters ago. The most frustrating part about being an alternate is that everything seems very secretive.

Nope. Acceptance email just says an email would come a little closer to orientation date, which is the 3rd Friday in April (so April 15).

It says 4 groups of about 13-14.. would that mean there’s around 22 alternates?

There were like 5 LVNs there with us last semester.

Oh okay that makes more sense! It states that there’s 15-20 alternates but I wonder if they really choose that many.
 

Anyone know how many alternates got in last round?

I heard 2 got in last semester, the semester before that 5 got in

Oh I see! Is it 30 accepted including LVNs?

30 (15 alternates) not including LVN’s , they go directly into second semester. Did you happen to count how many students were left after they excused the LVN’s? I wish they’d tell us what # alternate we are ?

I was trying to count LOL I think it was about 37
