my friend works in the new ER and loves it. I dont know anyone who is in the behavioral department. I knew a security guard who did work in the psychiatric center. He said he would have to hold down some psych patients who were out of control but that happened once in a blue.

thanks for replying...i might take the job...as a new graduate and having BSN i am being offered 63k...so i might just take it

I might join Jacobi. It's about 20 minutes from where I'm staying. But I'm undecided what area of nursing to go into. hmmm. So right now I'm just cruising through forums. Maybe I can find a good fit by reading other people's experience. Or I could just tour the units during the interview process..

thanks same to you...i am doin the same thing..I am waiting to hear from montefiore because i have past experience there...SO if i get there tahts where i would end up....
