Well hello everyone. After a lot of hard work, I have the most exciting news! I got THE letter, I have been accepted into the RN nursing program at the school that was my first choice. I am so elated! Soon I will be proud to call myself a nurse.
I have completed all of my prereqs save two, so for the majority of my 5 semesters I will have only one course! I know that I have a long road a head of me and August 18 (the 1st day of class) is only the beginning. Any advise on what I should be doing now, any general books I should be reading, glancing over, any tips for destressing once I start clinicals.... any advice will be appriciated!

Congratulations Sunny ! Welcome to allnurses too :balloons:
Question....how are you only taking one class? Which one?

Before getting into a nursing program, I got all the English, maths, social sciences, et al out of the way. So for the first semester I only have Nursing I, the second Nursing II and Math 140, and so forth.
