10 year old DUI in Florida. What are my chances of licensure by endorsement?

So I got a DUI in Florida about 10 years ago. I did everything I needed to but it still shows as a misdemeanor on my record. I did get my RN license in Minnesota with no problem. I am looking to move back to Florida soon and I am wondering if anyone else has had this experience with Florida and what the outcome was. Thanks in advance!!!

Unfortunately, there is no way to get that misdemeanor off from Florida if it is a DUI. As far as Florida and DUI's, I did not have any issues renewing my license. Good luck!

I know it will never come off my record. Did you have a dui with your renewal or initial license?

Did you ever end up getting your license? How long did it take if you did? I'm seriously in the same EXACT situation. I've been a nurse is PA for 4 years and just submitted paperwork to Florida.

I got my license! It took a few months but I got it!

It took me around 3 months. I submitted everything from the case, one letter of recommendation and a letter about how I have done better since my arrest.
