1 year med/surg + oncology experience......

Hello all,

I'm currently working on a med/surg that specialized in oncology and thinking of leaving once I hit the 1 year mark. Do you think I can find a new job easily with a 1 year exp under my belt? I want to leave b/c I only want to specialized in oncology.

Are you transferring within your hospital?! If yes, you just need to check their protocols on transfers but I'd think you'd be fine after a year.

No, I want to leave the hospital completely! I don't really like the hospital very much b/c they don't treat the nurses well.
