This is my first time on here. I have been a nurse for 5 years. A couple of months ago I started at a psychiatric unit. I had never worked psychiatry before. All of sudden a couple of days ago I was taken down to HR and told that I didn't do a head to toe assessment on 2 patients and I documented that I did. They said I was on camera proving it. They started a new computer system and I had sent an email to my boss stating
that orders are being put in under my name and I was changing my password. I logged off
everytime I left the computer but found that
when you started the program back up it still had me logged in. I was the only nurse there but the doctors and nurse practitioners use the computers too. I got a call today to go to HR at 130pm to meet with my boss and the head of HR. I know they are
firing me for the false documentation but can they take my license
for this?
