My schools failing grade is below an 80% and no rounding of any kind! If you have a 79.9 your kicked out with no more chances! Also tests have to be higher than that! Anyone else have a school like this? I'm not complaining about it just venting! It's do able but difficult

Oh gosh, that's tough. My school's failing grade is anything below 77%.
(The school I plan on attending, anyway.)

79 is failing in my program as well and an 80 is a C. We were prepared for grades not to round up.
Just set your mind that you WILL do it. And then do it. Good luck :)

Sounds very familiar...that was the policy at my school. At least 80% and no rounding.
Just do your part...study, complete assigned homework, ask for help when you need it...and you'll be ok.

My program is 80-86 is a C, 87-93 is a B, and 94+ is an A. Yes, it's tough, but it's nursing, you have to weed people out, just the way it is. So work hard!
Ok I feel better now! Thanks for the encouragement!

My program's minimum passing grade is a 75 they do round your final overall average at the end. But we have to make the minimum of an 80 on the pre-clinical dosage Cal. exam at the beginning of each semester after the first semester we get two attempts if yoy fail you have to withdraw we also have a pre-clinical check offs as well that we have to pass.

Oh wow an A was a 90%-100%, B 80%-89%, C= 75%-79% and anything below a 75% was failing but, if you have a 74.5% and above, it will get rounded to a 75%
