I got offered a job with Emory healthcare at $16.83...

I work in urgent care & just got an industrial piercing. They don't care, but it would've never flown for clinical.

I work full time at urgent care & just interviewed at an assisted living for PRN work..

I work urgent care in GA & I practice a lot of skills I learned in school such as: iv's, injections, venipuncture, occasional caths, X-rays & casting,( didn't learn that in school),patient education, and a couple of other things. It mostly depends on where u work & the nurse practice acts

In Ga all LPN licenses expire every 2 yrs in March. RN licenses expire every 2 yrs in January.

I graduated Dec '14, had my first interview 1 day after graduation, hired on the spot at an urgent care 2 weeks before taking nclex. Took nclex passed with 85 questions. Just takes patience & diligent searching for a job.

I'm an LPN that works urgent care, I do all that blackbettylpn said plus X-rays, casting, splinting, and assisting with minor procedures ( such as i&ds, cyst removals, sutures.. Etc..) I enjoy it a lot since its a variety of experience.

I took the nclex on 12/31, computer shut off at 85 questions... Knew for sure I failed. Looked up GA Bon this morning & my name was posted!!! I passed!! Really can't say what to study specifically cuz you don't know what you'll have.

I took the nclex yesterday & I'm nervously awaiting the quick results. I've done the pvt like 5 times & gotten the good pop up, but I'm still nervous! My computer shut off at 85 questions... ðŸ˜*ðŸ˜*

I took the exam this morning and the test shut off at 85 questions. I attempted the PVT at 1600 and used a debit card with like $2 on it and I got the pop up that said " Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time" Is this the good pop up????

We use electronic at my clinic, but if the reading is abnormal, we use manual.
