Hello, my most sincere apology for sign-up and post just this one time here. I am not a nurse, an engineer to be exact. But I want to help beside just simple donations and banging pots/pans to show support. I hope you find some useful info in the attached carehealthprov7.pdf document.
From my heart, a sincere thank you and best wishes.

It will take me a while to digest this.
Some of the suggestions are not likely to be practical, for instance, "- remove PPE for 15 minutes every 2 hours (if possible, or 4 hours max) - drink lots of fluid throughout the day."
Thank you for the suggestions.

It's very nice that you did this and I'm sure it will inspire a lot of conversation. My main concern is that it puts the burden of self care on nurses. We all know what we need to do for self care. We're health care professionals. We know we need to sleep, hydrate, exercise, eat well, etc. Additionally, in my job our management keeps sending us information about self care and then dumping so much work on us that we can't come up for air. The problem is that the system doesn't allow us to sleep, exercise, eat well, hydrate (if we hydrate we need to find bathroom time -- not likely) I would like to see something about how the system can take care of nurses. I had an experience where I was looking online for mental health resources for nurses, I brought up page after page of information about how people can find mental health support FROM nurses.

1000% agree with this. The only thing I could do immediately and hopefully to save you a tiny bit of effort, frustration is this doc.
There are other things that float around in my head but will take multi years and hopefully will bear fruit.
