Worth it to work less for a better GPA?

For those who have an ADN and are working on their BSN for CRNA school, would you work less if it guaranteed higher grades? I'll be starting an online BSN program soon. I've always done pretty good in school so I'm sure I would be fine even while working full time. But I'm thinking that I would really like to get straight A's to pad my GPA for CRNA school. I work with nurses who cut back work hours for their MSN programs, but what about BSN? Would you cut back for better grades if it were financially feasible?

I work full time plus and go to grad school full time for my MSN without a problem. My wife goest to school part-time and is also in grad school for her MSN/FNP. It depends on how tuff the course is. I would recommend working full time since most ADN to BSN bridge courses tend to be not as challenging as most students first think.
