Workplace violence and sexual harassment are serious issues, and  I suggest you seek help from qualified professionals or resources. Here's how you can get help:

  • Report to your HR department. Your supervisor and your company's Human Resources department are the first point of contact for these issues. They are responsible for investigating and addressing these complaints.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP). If your company has an EAP, they can provide confidential counseling and support.
  • Legal Counsel. Consider consulting with an attorney specializing in employment law to understand your rights and options.

External Agencies

  • EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). EEOC handles claims of discrimination and harassment.
  • OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). OSHA addresses workplace safety issues, including violence.
  • Local Law Enforcement. If you are in immediate danger, contact the police.
  • National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-SAFE. They can provide support and resources if the violence is related to domestic issues.

Best wishes,
