I recently applied for a PRN job a hospital, a week ago. I have not heard anything back so therefore I'm continuing my job search. An agency wants to hire me, and the only place the they have a contract with is the place I interviewed at for a PRN position. How awkward would it be for me to start working there through agency after I recently interviewed with them? I much rather work for this hospital via agency due to the increase in pay and limited commitment. If you were me what would you do?
