Working as a tech for OU Medical Center

I'm currently in my third semester of nursing school and I was offered a job as a nurse tech on a med/surg floor at OU. Could someone please tell me what its like to work for OU? Also, It's a full time night position, so what would the hourly pay be with shift diffs?

In general, the manager or HR director who offered you the job was supposed to have told you what the pay rate would be. I do not accept jobs without first knowing how much I'll be paid, because a lowball pay rate is a personal dealbreaker of mine.

I completed several clinical rotations at OU Medical Center as a nursing student at another local school. Back in 2009 and 2010 the pay rate for nurse techs was $10.00/hr, but it may have increased since that time.
