Hey guys I need some help!

So I am working towards finishing up my non-nursing degree (about 21 credits left) while taking my pre-reqs for nursing school. I should be done with my degree and pre-reqs by the end of fall semester 13. I plan on applying to Direct-Entry MSN programs for the sake of not taking out private loans. Will I be able to apply to any of these programs during my last semester without having "technically" finished my degree?
