Working with MD's who have never had NP!

Do any of you who have been a pioneer NP for a physician practice have any advice for helping me to tranisition into a physician practice that has never had NP's before? Do you know of any good resources on this subject? Thanks!

it will be an all-round learning experience for all concerned. i gather you have a clinic in mind?

find out what their obectives/expectations are regarding the np position. and, have in mind how you will "sell" yourself - your years of experience as an rn and your past experience/s as an np will go far in securing you the position.
