Working for Anthem as a C.M.?

I'm curious if anyone has any experience working for Anthem as a Case Manager? What is the job typically like, usual day? What to expect pay to be with a few years ICU experience but no direct C.M. experience.

Hello, can someone please give me a typical day when working as a disease management nurse for anthem? I just had an interview and I forgot to ask that question. They said that you would bee on the phone 20-25% of your day so what are you doing for the other 75%. Also how hard is it to grasp the software you use for care plans and such? Is it hard to get members enrolled? Thanks for any feedback.
