Hi! I'm from the Philippines and I just recently passed the NCLEX exam in the state of Hawaii but I plan to work in Illinois. I was wondering what is the process to work in Illinois? I know I have to apply for reciprocity and visa screen, iI just don't know what to do first or what necessary steps to take first. Also, do I have to look first for a job? Please help.

Nov 2, 2017 work visa is employer based so try looking first for employer willing to go H1b or immigrant route. then look at visa screen certificate as that can be processing whilst getting license endorsed
