i'm curious about the opportunities for a WHNP... does anyone have any info? i'm currently finishing up an accelerated second degree BSN program, and was hoping to do women's health. however, i've heard that there are no too many opportunities for a WHNP...

I have a friend who worked PACU while she was doing her WHNP. She finally did FNP and never did get a WH position.

I'd think that you'd be limited to larger population areas at least. Do you have any schools in mind? USC is my alma mater so her's a plug.
