I feel so upset with the people at my job right now. I helped a friend of mine get a job at the same hospital in which I work. She is struggling to go through her orientation. She has been having some personal problems with her husband at this time which made it so she needed to move into my house. One nurse figured out she is living with me and blasted that as loud as she could in the nurse's station in front of everybody.

My friend felt so overwhelmed with all the questioning and the judgement of her that she is thinking about quiting after only two weeks on the job. I sat with her today and prayed to God so that whatever HE feels is right will happen. Any advise of how to handle the nosy co-workers

no matter what job you are in, people are certain to talk about you for whatever reason they deem neccessary. tell your friend to politely confront the situation with the person that she thinks made her feel awkward, and try to resolve tihe situation. if that doesn't work, then speak to management about her concerns. if she feels that this job isn't worth all the hassle, then move on and try to find something else. remember we are all nurses we can work anywhere. god bless.
