Winston Salem State University (WSSU) ABSN 2025 Cohort

Hey there! Just wanting to start a group for those interested in the WSSU ABSN Spring 2025 cohort. I know it's a bit early, but I'm starting to look into their application process. 

I have a question myself about a particular requirement...does anyone know if the TEAS test is required for the ABSN program?  A little confused.

Hi Cwb! I applied for the upcoming cohort. Did you apply? Have you heard anything back from WSSU? I'm surprised there aren't as many interactions, based off of previous threads.

Yes I applied. Haven't heard anything yet. Think it's typically at the end of October. And yes, I also thought it was odd that there wasn't much said about this year's cohort!

Hey! Just found this thread thank god!! I applied back in the Summer and am still waiting to hear back. The anxiety is killing me

I emailed a day or two ago and they said decisions should come early November so hopefully we'll hear in the next week or two

I contacted admissions yesterday and was informed we'll receive updates by mid-November as they are still making decisions.
