Will NursingCAS accept a SEALED paper transcript I get and mail to CAS?

I'm trying to get transcripts from Grand Canyon University overnighted to NursingCAS because the one I requested weeks ago seems to have gone missing (that's twice now from GCU). After I paid the $43 to GCU for an overnight transcript, they told me they can't overnight to a PO Box, which is all NursingCAS gives for transcript delivery.

Has anyone picked up paper transcripts in person, or had a school send them to you, and then you mail/overnight them to NursingCAS? Would CAS accept this if it doesn't come directly from the school but is still sealed?

I tried calling NursingCAS and they're closed for the evening. My anxiety is sky high because the deadline is in 2 weeks.
