Will there be nursing jobs in San francisco in 2014 and after?

I am considering taking a nursing progam at CCSF and if I start the prerequisites next year...goal is to be an RN by 2014. I want to work in the Bay area as a nurse and I am wondering if there will be jobs there for new graduates.

What is FMLA?

Family Medical Leave Act. In US, it allows you to take time off for certain personal or family medical problems and your employer can't hold it against you or fill your position. It was a wonderful thing when my father needed IV antibiotics at home, but it does seem like some people abuse it. I don't really think it covers hiding in a bunker, and I'm not sure how you'd get it approved for the end of the world.
