Will Lv Hospitals Hold A Position??

Yeah i know it sounds like a stupid question, but i'm thinking of taking a trip out there maybe over thanksgiving and looking at some of the hospitals and meeting with some managers or recruiters. Here's my question: if i tell them ok this is what i have done so far this is when I will be taking my boards, can they say to me like ok can you be out here by this time and this is what you'll get paid and these are your bennies we'll see you in a year? or something to that effect? Call the nursing recruiters at the hospitals you are interested in applying to.
