WIll I be able to get a nursing job as a BSN in 5 YEARS?

I am a 23/m looking to get into nurisng. If all goes well and I obtain my BSN, it will roughly be around 2014. How does it look for male nurses around that time to obtain a job. I know it is a hot field now. I have a decent job and I am not sure if I should risk it to go to school. What if I come out and have a hard time finding a job in nursing? Does this seem likely? Any input is helpful.

People get sick. People will need care. Old nurses will retire. More hospitals are being built. Nurses will ALWAYS have a job, BUT you cannot be picky on what hospital you want to work. People sometime single out one type of hospital, because it is closer to them or you get paid more. Remember to keep an open-mind, and have more choices. Getting a job is better than not having one at all.
