Hello All,
It would be nice to hear more experiences from current CRNAs that are members on this board. It would be helpful to gather candid thoughts on typical work day, joys, challenges, stress, benefits, schedules and so on. There are many threads about schools, CRNA programs, grades etc that I thought would be in other sections of this board. The CRNA section is broken into categories for a reason. Don't get me wrong-every now and then there have been members that share the actual experience and I'm sure we are grateful. And the previous threads have been valuable too:up: Yes, everyone should shadow a CRNA to get the real feel for it-that's important. However, there would be less questions on the board such as "what does a CRNA do", what is a CRNA?, "I have questions" etc if there was more insight shared to begin with.
So will the CRNAs STAND UP??:yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah: Thanks:redbeathe
WOW...interesting... I know I'm still getting my CRNA license- no matter who shares or not. Believe it! :yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah:

Everything you are looking for has already been shared in multiple different threads- go ahead and look- it's there:wink2: The reason we don't post all the time is that we are administering anesthesia, teaching anesthesia, or advocating for anesthesia by CRNAs or on some days- all three at the same time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's good to hear:yeah: I've had a hard time with the search and find threads with little as 2 replies but maybe I need to try some more.

The archives are still here with oodles of information. Really the only thing that's changed since then (2006 or so?) is more competition and a few new programs. Good luck on your quest!
