Will being bipolar prevent me from being an LVN

My symptoms are well controlled and have been for years but I'm wanting to know what questions they ask reguarding background for LVN in California and RN's too since I will eventually like to step up from LVN to RN

When I started my nursing program, it asks whether you have been treated for a mental or personality disorder within the past 5 years.

See I wonder about this if they mean started treatment or this includes followup care ass if you've been diagnosed with a mental or personality disorder with some exceptions like depression most disorder orders require you to be followed for the rest of your life but being recently diagnosed and being stable and in treatment for years is 2 different things. Well I will find out soon as the school I go to has the physical done by their own doctor. CA BON doesn't ask on the licensing form from what I've been able to research.
