Hi all!
I work at an assisted living in california. I have to renew my CPR-BLS this month, and my work stated that I also am required to have a First-Aid Certificate. They state because it says in the company manual that all employees will have a first aid certificate and CPR card.
Isn't an LVN exempt? Me and the other LVN want to challenge this. I'd appreciate anyone who can give me info to help fight this. I think it's ridiculous to require another card for something that's already in my scope.
