Why is it so hard to get a Job?

Hey everyone,

I dont under stand why its so hard to get a job these days:confused:. There are sooo many job posting on the hospitals website. I think the nurse recruiters are being very selective of who they pick. Anyways, hope everyone else has a better luck finding a nursing job.:D

I live in NJ. Its so difficult over here to get a job. Most of the time you need to know people to get hire.

Anyhoo, how far are you from the city? I am moving to Harlem next year and I have researched a LOT of hospitals and SNF's out east (NYC and NJ (northern). I wish you much LUCK out there...
