Why do grown men and women?

i dont understand why grown men and women act like idiots in my class. we are there to learn and to become nurses. there are grown men and women in my class that act a fool. they talk and laugh when the instructor is teaching. its a mess and it takes away from the people who are trying to learn.

it is so frustrating!!! i dont know why the instructor dont put them out of the program. i paid my money i want to learn. the people who are fooling around must have their job remimbursement. has anyone else experience this type of problem???
